This organic chestnut pollen from Galicia is defined by its yellow colour with green notes from the combination with the bramble. Chestnut pollen grains are medium-sized. It has a sweet and pleasant taste with a smooth texture and dissolves easily in the mouth. It is a food rich in essential amino acids and vitamins.
