ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS OFMountain Honey

It is a honey that can go from amber to dark amber and can crystallise. Its aroma has floral and vegetal nuances and its flavour is very pronounced.

Our apiaries are located in the mountains of Galicia at elevations starting at 600 m above sea level, mainly in the Ancares and Caurel nature reserves.
