Raw honey from virgin land in the Galician mountains which we obtain through cold extraction. This type of honey is very typical in the areas of northern Spain and has a very characteristic semi-sweet flavor. Like the vast majority of dark honeys, they are high in minerals.

It is a dark amber-coloured honey with reddish tones and lingering floral and vegetal aromas. The aroma is of medium persistence and intensity. Semi-sweet taste with a bitter aftertaste.
