ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS OFChesnut Honey

Chestnut honeys are dark amber in liquid form and often golden-brown when crystallised. Dominant vegetable aroma of medium intensity and persistence. It is slightly sour and bitter and sometimes a little spicy.
