It is produced by the morello cherries soaking in grape spirit, so that it retains the aroma and the fruit flavours.

It is obtained from the distillation of aromatic herbs mixed with grape spirit from the albariño grape variety.

It is a typical product from Galicia, obtained from the distillation of grape spirit from the albariño grape variety. It is certified by the Geographical Designation of Galician Grape Spirits.
