We are a Galician family company that has been working in the beekeeping sector since the 1980s. By then, we started to set up hives always at more than 500 metres above the sea level, around the Ancares and Courel mountains. In 1991 we became a limited liability company and we expanded the company with two processing plants. The one dedicated to honey extraction is located in the municipality of Samos (Lugo), right on the way of St. James. The other one was settled in the industrial area of Grela, in A Coruña, in which we centralized the packaging and distribution of our products. We distribute them all over Galicia and Spain and we also export to Germany, France and Belgium. We certify the production of our hives with the seal of the Protected Geographically Indication Miel de Galicia and a great part of them are registered in the Galician Regulatory Board of the Ecological Agriculture. |
